An insubordinate Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad on Tues stood by his remarks on Kashmir, stating that he believes in "speaking his mind". The assertion came days once the Ministry of External Affairs expressed regret over the Southeast land claiming within the UN General Assembly last month that the Republic of India had "invaded and occupied" Jammu and Kashmir.
